ONLINE SALES POLICY
It is important you read our Online Sales Policy. Like many others in the bridal industry all sales are final due to the nature of the items we are selling, unless item is damaged then user must submit photos of damaged item. Its extremely important to note no exhanges or returns allowed for non fitting items. Note it is 100% normal for dresses to have some petals or sequins that are loose in the bag as these are glued on not sewn. Dresses with a few petals that have fallen off or sequins is not considered defective. If however the dress has a stain for example, or the zipper that is broken that is considered a damaged item. If not from google user has 3 days to report item as damaged for return.
Any customer service questions you have please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out contact us and we will address any questions or concerns within 24-48 hours (holidays may affect response time and could take up to 3 business days).
Terms & Conditions
Due to the nature of the items ordered and the regulations of the formal wear industry, all sales are final. Bride and Jewel does not accept returns, issue refunds or allow exchanges. It is important to note, formal wear companies will not allow orders to be cancelled, modified, or allow Bride and Jewel to return an ordered item.
If an item is received damaged, please inform us within 3 business days. Again to note it is 100% normal for dresses to have some petals or sequins that are loose in the bag as these are glued on not sewn. Dresses with a few petals that have fallen off or sequins is not considered defective. If however the dress has a stain for example, or the zipper that is broken that is considered a damaged item. If item is sold from google customer has 30 days to return defective item. Be sure to include a picture of the damaged item, the style number and invoice number. After approval, we will happily ship out a replacement.
Incorrect Orders Received:
We must be notified of any incorrect items within 3 business days of the order being received. If an item you ordered is received as the incorrect item do to an error on behalf of our supplier, they will send a replacement along with a return label to ship back the incorrect item. If the incorrect item is not returned to us within 7 days, shipping charges will apply.
We do not upgrade shipping for replacements.
In the event an order is “Refused” the customer will be held responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
Order Processing Time (Before Shipping)- Our orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. It takes 1-3 business days to process non-personalized orders and 3-5 business days for personalized ones to prepare them. After items are processed internally they will then be shipped and shipping typically takes anywhere from 3-8 business days. During seasonal times like Christmas order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping within USA- Shipping typically takes about 3 to 8 business days after the order is processed.
MN State Sales Tax
Only a sales tax will be charged if you reside in MN as that is where the companies nexus is and if the item qualifies for MN sales tax of 6.875%. These charges are applied to your order without prior notification.
Sizes and Colors
Size Selection - Size selection is the total responsibility of the purchaser. It is highly recommended that you get your measurements professionally taken before purchasing as all sales are final. Refer to the designer's size chart listed within the item you are purchasing. Each chart is different so look carefully when choosing your size. Compare your measurements to the correct size chart, remembering you are choosing the closest size to your measurements. Note, it's always best to size up rather than down as you can take in two dress sizes, but you cannot let it out much or at all. Most gowns/dresses will require some alterations. Designers do not offer custom sizing. We cannot make any accommodations for changes in your size after the order is placed. Bride and Jewel will not allow for refunds or exchanges due to sizing errors.
Color Selection - Actual colors may be different than those displayed on your computer monitor. Make sure you order the correct color. Bride and Jewel does not have swatches to send to you. The purchaser is responsible for the color that is ordered.
