Prom/Pageant

Prom appointments are 1 hour long. You are allowed to bring 1 guest for your appointment. If you need to bring more than 1 guest please call ahead of time. We allow up to 4 prom appts at the same time for you and your friends on Sunday's. Mon through Fri is up to 3 appointments and Saturday's up to 2 (can potentially do 3 but you would have to call). 1 hour appointment time slots. No back to back appointments are allowed for the same person, only 1 appointment per person scheduled at a time is allowed. If you are running more than 15 min late we kindly ask that you reschedule. End of March and forward, in-stock gowns and ordering options will be limited. We do ask for shoes to be removed when checking in so please ensure you are wearing socks. 

Frequent Questions-

Can my friends come with me and try on gowns?- Yes on Sundays we allow up to 4 prom appts at the same time for you and your friends. Monday through Friday is up to 3 appointments and Saturday's up to 2 (can potentially do 3 but you would have to call) due to our bridal suites being utilized by bridal appointments. 

Do we allow for back to back appointments to allow for more time?- Unfortunately due to limited space we want as many prom individuals as possible to have the opportunity to shop so we only allow for 1 appointment per person to be scheduled at a time. 

Do we measure to see what size I am in prom?- For prom we base the size on how the prom gowns are fitting you in the shop by the same designer. If there is a question of size and we cannot find a size comparable by the same designer in the shop to try on as a last resort we can do a measurement. 

Do we allow for refunds or exchanges?- All sales are final and we do not allow for refunds or exchanges. The only exception is if in the very rare situation we place an order and the gown we find out later is no longer in stock with the designer. 

How many guests can I bring?- Typically prom is 1 guest due to limited space, however if you need to bring a few extra people please call ahead of time to ensure we are able to place your appointment in a larger suite to accommodate your 1-2 extra guests. Again this is only if the suites are available at that time. 

How long does it take for prom gowns to arrive?- Typically anywhere from 1.5 to 3 weeks depending on the designer unless a different timeline is discussed at checkout.

Do we register prom gowns for schools?- We do, however, we will never refuse to sell a gown to someone if another individual has the same gown in the same color at the same school, we will just make you aware.

Can I purchase a gown off the rack?- Yes or if you want a different size or color we can special order it for you if it's available. There is a $45 shipping fee with that option that pays for the shipping from the designer to the shop. 

Can we hold gowns?- No we no longer allow for this as we had too many people holding gowns and then never returning and someone would want the gown and we would have to deny that person the gown.

Do we do layaway for prom?-Unfortunately due to space for storing the gowns we do not and we ask for 100% payment upfront, however, we will work with individuals that can only pay 60% down and then we can do a 1 month payment plan after that initial payment. 

Do I need an appointment?- Yes appointments are required unless in the unusual case where we have a fitting room open (which usually only happens during the week.)

Can I find the same dress online?-There are a lot of non-reputable sellers out there that use the professional pictures from the designer's website or AI to make you think you are getting a beautiful dress for a great price. If the gown actually arrives, most of the time they are not the same as pictured or the material seems scratchy or different or the design is a little off. We have had many girls come in very upset that have ordered online and it can be impossible to get your money back in these situations. If you decide to order online, use extreme caution, and be sure to check the designer's website to see if the dealer is listed as an authorized seller of their dresses.  If it looks to good to be true, it probably is, the manufacturers we sell have us sign contracts requiring us to sell their merchandise at a minimum price, so if you find it lower online it is most likely not credible.
